  1. Whose brand new ukulele?

love your 3 year old daughter and 17 month old son

  2. That was awesome!! More not-serious posts!!! : )

    Bryan L

  3. Strum, Forrest, strum!

  4. Nice.

Do they get you to direct the music at your church????

I must say a big thanks for getting that…. errm….. “classic” stuck in my head….too many memories of cringeworthy school discos have come flooding back. A second clip with Billy Idol’s “Mony Mony” and hey presto it’s 1988 again :-)

Maybe you could you do a competition in which the winner gets to choose you a song to “ukulele-ise!”

  5. Kids: Yeah yeah… you guys can have a turn when you turn 18…

Bryan: The more I think about my smokin’ uke action, the more I realise this WAS a serious post

Matty: aye aye cap’n… try n stop me

Carolyn: Weird you mention this: Just this morning I ran into the church music leader and told him about the way the Lord has gifted me in the ukulele-playing-department… Suddenly, he remembered he had to race off & get his hair cut… But the weird thing is he’s bald… “go figure” – as our American friends would say…
Anyway I approve of your competition idea!

  6. Hope I win then! I see you doing a great version of “Livin’ on a Prayer” ;-)

  7. Yeeup… maybe you and Pete could write a uke trumpet duet to 1 Corinthians for the reading group. Sing it – don’t read it. :-)

  8. Funny you should mention that…..!

  9. ‘THOSE WERE THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE!!! back in the summer of 69!”

at least you christened it with a good tune
