I’m glad about that, pigs are big on NZ news at the moment. Treatment of them is shocking. I love pigs, pity the poor pigs, boycott pig farmers, don’t eat pork. If it isn’t ‘viable’ to change their method of intensive farming – where they never see the light of day, are kept in pens in which they can’t stand and are covered in sores from the cage bars – to free range farming, then perhaps pig farmers should take up another occupation. Planting trees perhaps. The defenders of pig farmers in my ‘clean green’ country have demonstrated the most disgusting display of selfish thuggery and ignorance I have ever seen!!
There! I just had to let that out. Sorry to spew it all over your blog!!
There was a programme on the BBC recently in which two people went to live with pigs full-time for a few days – firstly in a conventional piggery and then in a free range setting – it was incredibly interesting – and yes, unpleasant to watch at times…
As for the grumpy cross-eyed pink face, wordpress calls ‘em at it sees ‘em… there must be something about you
I am very upset about the pigs. It’s one of the reasons I gave up meat. This came up in the news years ago but people forget and carry on chomping their pork chops as if they’d starve without them. So I’m upset but I don’t look like that!! I look like this : I’ll be able to prove it next week too
They look like that because the Legion has departed from Matt (which is why he is laying down… obviously ’slain in the Spirit’) but have not yet entered into the pigs (who are just about to receive one hell of a surprise).
and i was going to guess, eat small children.
Hey I’m talking about when I’m NOT doing theology…
I hope you’re not thinking of eating your friends. At least they look very happy…
Oh I seldom eat my friends… these pigs are not for eating, just for appreciating in all their porcine glory.

It looks like this photo was taken immediately before the pigs rushed off down a hill and drowned themselves in a lake…
perish the thought!!
as if any of the three look like rushing anywhere!

Well everyone did seem to wonder afterwards why I was clothed and in my right mind…
