Sounds interesting. BTW. I just recently found out (remembered, not sure which?) that you did you doctorate at Nottingham. I just transferred there after starting my MTh at uni wales. What do you think about Nott’s for a PhD in systematics?
Hey great! Karen Kilby is head of dept at Notts, and is a systematician. She is great – very sane, thoughtful, wise. Aside from her, the systematics people at nottingham are especially associated with Radical Orthodoxy – so John Milbank, Conor Cunningham, etc. So if you’re doing a systematics PhD at notts, it would be worth reading up on their work to get a sense of what they’re on about… and why they’re wrong
(that last bit was a joke)
(but it’s true)
(but it was a joke)
It’s ok. I get the joke that wasn’t a joke that was really meant to be a joke:)
